Do we have to wait in all day for an appointment?
No - we give you a three hour arrival window.
Do you offer 24hr call outs?
Yes - To all existing customers, we provide an emergency out of hours contact number.
Do you offer 24hr call outs to new customers?
Yes - Although, unlike existing customers which we guarantee availability, we still provide a call out service for new customers.
How often should I get my boiler serviced?
Once a year - All boiler manufacturers specify an annual boiler service. Most household insurance providers specify servicing of boilers as per manufacturer's instructions.
How much is a call out?
Please call our office for up to date prices. We have set rates.

Installation

Do you charge for coming out to give a quotation?
No - All quotations are provided with no obligation and are free of charge
Do you offer finance?
No - We do ask for a deposit to secure any bookings and final payment is only required once we have completed the work and you are entirely satisfied with the work carried out.
Do you offer 24hr call outs to new customers?
Yes - Although, unlike existing customers which we guarantee availability, we still provide a call out service for new customers.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes - All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Where we supply materials, we take on the responsibility of product defects within the product guarantee period and we will deal with the manufacturers directly on your behalf.
