The engineer, Michael, was punctual and polite and he quickly diagnosed the problem with my oil boiler (it had overheated). Once he had got it working again he went to great trouble to explain exactly how to troubleshoot for myself. In answer to my many questions he gave me an excellent tutorial on how my heating and hot water system works and how to use it efficiently whilst minimising the use of energy. I would highly recommend Sleepsafe.
